Ready Now Lead (“Ready Now Lead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides executive, leadership, and career coaching services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through readynowlead.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the Site or contacting us through it, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. We collect the information you choose to submit, such as when you fill out our contact form, submit a coaching application, subscribe to our email list, download a resource, take one of our quizzes, or book a call. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, organization or employer, the areas of coaching you are interested in, and the challenges and goals you describe to us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and the services that support it may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this information to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and understand general usage patterns.
Coaching information. If you become a coaching client, we may collect additional information over the course of our work together. Information you share with us during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and is used only to deliver and support your coaching engagement.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the Site is not directed to children.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries, applications, and requests
- To provide, schedule, and administer coaching services
- To send you emails you have asked for, such as newsletters, resources, and quiz results
- To improve the Site, our content, and our services
- To protect the Site against spam, fraud, and abuse, including through automated bot detection and rate limiting
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Service Providers We Use
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Site and communicate with you. These providers process your information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- Resend— delivers contact form and application submissions to our inbox
- Cloudflare Turnstile— verifies that form submissions come from real people rather than bots
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit)— manages our email list and sends newsletters and resources you request
- Calendly— schedules consultations and coaching calls
- Interact— hosts the quizzes offered on the Site and collects the responses and email addresses you provide to them
- Our website hosting provider— serves the Site and maintains standard server logs
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy policy governing how it handles information. We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Ready Now Lead or others.
Cookies and Tracking
The Site and the embedded services above may set cookies or similar technologies to keep the Site working correctly, remember your preferences, and guard against automated abuse. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may cause some parts of the Site, such as forms and embedded quizzes, to stop working properly.
Email Communications
If you subscribe to our list, we will send you occasional emails about coaching, leadership resources, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can opt out at any time. We may still contact you about an active coaching engagement or in response to a message you sent us.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections to the Site and limiting access to submissions to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information for as long as needed to serve the purpose it was collected for — for example, to respond to your inquiry, deliver coaching, or keep you on our email list until you unsubscribe — and afterward as required for legitimate business, tax, or legal purposes.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending marketing emails, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction of that information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. To make a request, email us at the address below.
If you are located outside the United States, please note that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
