Hello, my name is Stacie Speaker and I am thrilled you are here! My journey has been a winding path that has taken me from the thrilling world of entertainment, creating captivating films and television shows, to the exciting realm of global toy companies, where I held senior positions and developed expertise in marketing and consumer products. I even had the privilege of making toys for the movies, a surreal experience that brought my childhood dreams to life.
Along the way, I faced challenges, encountered some difficult bosses, have been part of restructuring, layoffs, and career transitions – experiences that were difficult but ultimately shaped me into the person I am today. These challenges ignited a passion within me for helping leaders not only achieve their professional goals but become better people in the process.
In 2014, I founded my own company, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Today, we work with top executives in globally recognized organizations in public and private industries and help them achieve their own goals and aspirations.
